Our brewery team combines centuries-old global brewing traditions and new American craft brewing ingenuity & artisanship to produce a wide array of beers. We brew more styles of beer because we have a passion for brewing and because you have a passion for unique, craft beers. The result is a diverse offering of intensely flavorful beers that are anything but bland, from our award-winning WiLD SOUR Series, barrel-aged Saint Dekkera® Reserve Sour Ales and Dosvidanya® Russian Imperial Stout, to our many Belgian-style beers, IPA's, other wood-aged beers, classic styles and exciting seasonals.
Located off North Veteran's Parkway and just minutes away from Interstate 55 (Exit 167) and Historic U.S. Route 66 is the permanent home of DESTIHL Brewery, located on Greenbriar Drive in Normal. This 47,000 sq. ft. building features 37,000 sq. ft. of production brewery space, including a 60 BBL conventional brewhouse, 240 BBL sour kettle brewhouse, a 10 BBL pilot brewhouse, over 1,700 BBLs of fermenters and cellar tanks, a 100 CPM CFT canning line, bottling line, centrifuge, keg washer/filler, a two-story barrel room housing over 600 barrels & foudres for beer aging and events, a large beer cooler, warehouse, lab and DESTIHL’s corporate offices. The facility also includes a massive Beer Hall and outdoor patios featuring the bold flavors of DESTIHL’s beer and food.
The Beer Hall features 30 taps, an exclusive menu of bold flavored, American-inspired pub fare that pairs well with our Beer Hall-exclusive bottles and draft releases of pilot, experimental and barrel-aged beers. Guests of The Beer Hall experience a mix of self and full-service in a communal setting inside the long, open, brick-walled hall, while enjoying the same family-friendly atmosphere as our restaurants. The bar in The Beer Hall not only highlights DESTIHL beer, but also adventurous beer-based cocktails and brewed on-site craft sodas and ciders.
If staying isn't an option, our entire menu (including all our beer) is available for carry-out. We offer a wide variety of beer-to-go options, including our 12 oz. cans, 500 ml. bottles, 32 oz. crowlers, growler refills and 5-15.5 gallon kegs.
